Current League Season Stats
Emily Simpkins arrived at the club in August 2018, after leaving Doncaster Rovers Belles.
Simpkins spent almost three years with Belles and was part of the squad that achieved promotion to the top flight in 2015.
She was also the first-ever Belles player to be given a professional contract in November that year.
The midfielder has played for Leicester City, Nottingham Forest and Birmingham City, winning the Women’s Premier League title with Forest and featuring in the Blues squad that reached the Champions League semi-finals. She has made more than 30 WSL appearances for Albion and signed a new one-year contract in June 2021.
