Max Sanders has been a regular in Simon Rusk's under-23 side since making the step up from Albion's under-18s.
The central midfielder scored his first goal of the 2017/18 Premier League 2 Division 2 campaign against Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium, before also firing home against Fulham.
Sanders was handed the captain's armband for a number of matches during the 2017/18 season, and lifted the play-off trophy at Villa Park as the Seagulls won promotion to the top flight.
The youngster then spent the summer of 2018 playing for England's under-19s at the European Championships in Finland.
