He progressed through the youth system on the south coast, going onto play in the under-18s and under-23s, before making his professional debut for Albion in a 2-0 victory over Cardiff City in the Carabao Cup second round in August 2021.

Tsoungui suffered a serious ankle injury in December 2021, making his return for the final few games of the Premier League 2 campaign.

While he was completing his rehab, he signed a new contract that runs until the end of the 2022/23 season.
