Danny Cashman joined Albion’s academy in September 2012, and after working his way through the youth ranks, the forward became a regular starter for the club’s under-18s.

Cashman often wore the captain’s armband for Albion’s under-18s, as he made more than 40 league appearances across three seasons, while also coming off the bench against MK Dons in the Checkatrade Trophy for Albion’s under-23s.

The forward featured 17 times for Albion’s under-18s during the 2018/19 Premier League South campaign, but perhaps his most eye-catching moment of the season was his winning goal for Albion’s under-23s at Manchester City in February 2019.
