He scored seven goals in 22 appearances for our under-18s during the 2022-23 season and spent the first half of the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Worthing in National League South.

He made his debut for the Rebels against Welling United in September and went on to make 19 appearances before he was recalled and moved up into Albion's under-21s. Bailey was a talented sprinter as a schoolboy and clocked 22.56 secs in the 200m at the age of 14, an age-group English Schools record.
