Tudor Baluta arrived at Albion in January 2019 on a three-and-a-half-year deal from Romanian side FC Viitorul Constanta.
Baluta returned to FC Vittorul on loan for the remainder of the 2018/19 campaign, and was part of the side that won the Romanian Cup.
The 23-year-old has five Romania caps to his name and has also represented his country in the UEFA Under-21 Championship, in their run to the semi-finals of the tournament.
He spent the 2020/21 season on loan with Dynamo Kiev.
