Leandro Trossard became the club’s second signing of the 2019 summer transfer window, after arriving from KRC Genk.
He arrived at the club after playing a key role in the side’s Jupiler Pro League title in 2018/19, scoring 14 goals in 34 games, while also claiming seven assists.
Trossard translated his impressive form to the Europa League, where he scored eight times in 11 games in the Europa League – plus three more assists – as Genk progressed to the last 32 of the competition.
The 24-year-old started his career in the academy at Genk, before loan spells at Lommel United, Westerlo and OH Leuven.
He has also represented Belgium from under-16 to under-21 level.
