Sophie Peskett joined Albion from Ipswich Town in July 2026, signing a three-year contract.

She came through the academy setup at Ipswich Town, making history in June 2021 by becoming the club's first-ever women's player to sign a professional contract.

A highly decorated spell with the Tractor Girls would follow, where she won back-to-back FAWNL Southern Premier Division Player of the Year awards and Golden Boots, before sweeping Ipswich's Player of the Year and Player's Player of the Year awards in the Championship during 2025/26, commanding a record fee for Ipswich upon securing her move to the Amex Stadium.
