Maisie Symonds joined from Chelsea in January 2021, before signing her first contract with the club in June that year.
The midfielder made her WSL debut in a win over Bristol City in May 2021, before making her first professional start for Albion in the Vitality FA Cup – a 6-0 win over Huddersfield Town on the final day of the season.
Symonds made her England Under-19 debut in July 2021 – having represented her country at younger age groups – playing at right-back as they ran out 4-1 winners over the Czech Republic.
She scored her first WSL goal in November 2021, coming off the bench to score an injury-time winner against Leicester City.
Having missed a majority of the 2022/23 season through injury, Maisie played 20 WSL games during the 2023/24 season, during which she surpassed 50 appearances for Albion.
She was appointed first-team captain in summer 2025.
