Eleanor Heeps joined Albion from Women's Super League side Tottenham Hotspur in June 2026, signing a permanent contract.
She came through the academy setup at Liverpool before joining Tottenham Hotspur in August 2021.
A series of key Championship loan spells with Blackburn Rovers, Coventry United, and Sheffield United would follow to accelerate her development, before she returned to Tottenham to make her senior WSL debut in late 2024.
Eleanor's progression across club football earned her call-ups to the England Under-23 squad, having previously represented her country at youth level up to Under-19s.
