Katie Startup joined from Championship side Charlton Athletic on a two-year contract in July 2020.
The keeper was a regular for the Addicks during her three years there, going on to play for England at Under-19 level.
Towards the end of her time at The Valley, Startup started wearing the number 40 shirt to raise awareness for mental health charities.
In August 2021, she joined WSL Championship side Liverpool on a season-long loan, but was recalled in December that year.
Startup made her Albion debut in March 2022, starting in a 2-0 victory away at West Ham.
