Caitlin Hayes signed for Albion in January 2025.

She joined us after four and a half seasons with Celtic, having had spells at Manchester United, Manchester City and Everton at youth level. Prior to that she played in America and Cyprus, and has also spent a season with Championship side Lewes. 

During her time in Glasgow, the defender was part of the Celtic squad that won back-to-back Scottish Cups and the club's first SWPL league title.

At international level she made her Republic of Ireland debut aged 28 against Northern Ireland and has been capped 18 times.
