MHU Seagulls are a group of Brighton supporters (mainly season ticket holders), who attend or run mental health football therapy sessions across Sussex.

Mental Health United (MHU) started after the second lockdown in 2021 as a few people getting back together in Hove park for a kickabout. Now we have over 340 members and currently four therapy sessions a week as well as charity matches and tournaments throughout the year. The club has now grown and along the way raised thousands of pounds for local mental health charities.

You can find out more about us on our website.

We are all friendly and look out for each other both physically and mentally. If you’re struggling we’re a shoulder to lean on. We can advise how to get additional help and where. For further information and how to join our therapy sessions, contact Ian.
