Michelle Walder joined our Board of Directors in July 2016 and is also chair of our women's board.

Michelle is CEO and co-founder of TXG where she specialises in working with executive teams to improve their effectiveness and helping senior leaders develop strategic approaches to leadership and talent. She is Chair of The Migraine Trust, the UK’s national charity dedicated to helping people affected by migraine. She has previously served as a non-executive director of the Hay Festival of Literature and the Arts and as the club-elected representative of the Football Association women’s professional leagues Board.

A football fan all her life, Michelle's favourite Albion moment was the promotion-winning game at the Amex against Wigan Athletic in April 2017, while the women's team's sixth-place finish in the 2020/21 Women’s Super League season also holds a special place in her heart.
