Getting to the stadium

AS Roma and the Italian Police have confirmed the following arrangements:

- Free shuttle buses will be available for supporters to catch from the meeting point Piazzale delle Canestre. (This is a 15 minute walk from the central square, Piazza del Popolo. The closest bus stop to the shuttle bus meeting point is Victor Hugo/Museo Bilotti which is a two minute walk away.

- Tickets will be checked and body searches will take place before getting on the buses.

- The closest train station to the stadium is Ottaviano on the underground, followed by the number 32 bus, with a further 15 minute walk to the stadium. From Termini train station, take the underground towards Battistini and get off at Ottaviano. Then take the number 32 to Piazzale della Farnesina.

- Further security and ID checks will take place at the stadium turnstiles. Time will be required to allow for these checks and entry through the six away turnstiles.

- After the game shuttle buses will return fans to Piazza dei Cinquecento which is near Termini station.

Please note that Ponte Duca d’Aosta bridge and the immediate area around it should be avoided for safety reasons, along with the south side of the stadium.

Away Seating Area

  • Entry to the away end is through six dedicated turnstiles.
  • Food and drink may not be taken into the stadium.
  • Supporters can purchase food and drink including alcohol before, during and after the match.  Catering kiosks accept cash and credit/debit cards.

Away Supporters Area: Blocks 50, 51, 52

There are 41 steps to access the away sector and then a further 70 to the back of the stand. Supporters will be seated by Police and stewards, and should comply with the instructions given to them. The segregation is made of perspex screens. Blocks in the away section that are immediately next to the segregation will be kept sterile.

Wheelchair Area

We have been allocated ten wheelchair spaces in the home area, adjacent to the away section. The wheelchair section is elevated with a good view of the pitch. There are no PA seats within the disabled bay. PAs may therefore opt to stand at the back or take a seat they are allocated on the row in front of the wheelchair platform.

Accessible toilets and catering is available a short distance from the seating area.

Wheelchair users should use the shuttle buses to the stadium. Upon arrival after accessing through the turnstiles and ticket and security checks, wheelchair users should keep the stadium to their left towards the segregation gate to the home area (avoiding travelling around the full perimeter of the stadium). They will be allowed through to access block 4BD. After the match, please return back to this segregation gate to access back in to the away end. Please note there will be a wait for the shuttle buses due to the hold back in the away section.

Bag Policy

Only bags smaller than A4 will be permitted into the stadium. There are no bag storage facilities at the stadium. Supporters must leave bags at their overnight accommodation.

Flags and banners

Supporters should get flags pre approved by emailing supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com with a picture of the flag, its dimensions and a copy of the fire safety certificate no later than 5pm on Monday 5 March. Flags will be checked by stewards before admission and fire certificates should be made available on entry. No political messaging or flags of countries in conflict will be permitted. Flag poles are not permitted.

Leaving the stadium

Supporters will be held back inside the stadium for up to 60 minutes after the final whistle for safety reasons. Access to toilets and food and drink from kiosks will be available during this time. Supporters are politely asked to remain patient until permitted to leave.
