FIFA’s citation reads, ‘Scoring against the Premier League champions is one thing. Doing it in the way which Julio Enciso did is quite another. The Paraguay teenager left Ederson grasping at thin air with his thunderbolt right-foot strike from 25 yards out in the 1-1 draw.’
The Paraguayan’s wonder goal also won the Premier League and BBC Match of the Day’s goal of the season awards.
