By Ajax
Johan Cruyff Arena, home to AFC Ajax.

Pre-registration for our away Europa League matches against Ajax and AEK Athens open from 9am on Wednesday 20 September until midday on Monday 25 September.

We’re expecting to receive an allocation of 5% at both venues, which should be approximately 2600 for Ajax and 1550 for Athens, and for demand to be high.

Any season ticket holders, 1901 Club or MyAlbion+ members interested in attending must pre-register .

Away Match Registration Process

Fans interested in attending our away UEFA Europa League matches must pre-register.

Season ticket holders (STHs), 1901 Club (1901), and MyAlbion+ (MA+) members must register their interest in attending along with any friends and family members (who must also be STHs, 1901 or MA+ members).

The pre-registration window doesn’t commit you to buying a ticket, nor does it guarantee you a ticket, but you must pre-register for each match you wish to attend away from home. The process allows us to gauge demand for the matches and helps us demonstrate to the opposition the allocation size we may need.

Tickets will be sold one ticket per fan number, so every person wishing to attend must pre-register. Pre-register here.

Buying Europa League Away Match Tickets

If the number of fans registered is less than the total away allocation for the match, all those who’ve pre-registered will be guaranteed a ticket in the first sales window.

If the number of fans registered is more than the total away allocation for the match, we will provide a list of on sale windows. These windows will be based on loyalty points at the time that pre-registration closes, with those in the first on sale window being guaranteed a ticket (if booked within the priority window). Later on sale windows are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis until sold out.

Tickets going on sale

Your position within the priority on-sale windows will be advised to you the week commencing 25 September (eg whether you are in the first guaranteed ticket window), but please note the exact on sale date may be some time later.

Full ticket information will be communicated to supporters who have pre-registered as soon as possible.  Please note we are currently awaiting additional information including seating plans for both away fixtures, which prevent us from going on sale immediately.

Other important information

All tickets for UEFA Europa League away matches have to be collected, by each named individual, along with photo ID (either a passport or driving license) at our ticket collection point in the city prior to the match. The collection facility will likely open the day prior to the match and from the morning of the match until two to three hours prior to kick-off.

Details of the ticket collection point location and its hours will be shared with ticket holders in due course. Fans without matching photo ID will not be able to collect their tickets.

Please allow plenty of time to collect your tickets prior to kick-off when booking your travel. It's possible fans will be held back at the stadium after the final whistle, so please bear this in mind when booking return travel.

Away tickets will be strictly no changes, transfers, or refunds. If you find you’ve bought a ticket and can’t attend, no refunds will be issued but please notify and return the ticket to the club to avoid non-attendance penalties.

We want to ensure those purchasing intend to travel due to anticipated high demand, if you don’t collect your ticket(s) you may face sanctions when buying the next away game.
