Following Dementia Action Week, Albion in the Community are launching a new programme in partnership with Brighton and Hove Albion, which aims to support people across Sussex who have mild to moderate forms of dementia.

Sessions will provide opportunities for participants to relive and share memories about classic Albion moments and matches.

The monthly sessions will include visits to the Club Museum, tours of the stadium, and visits to the sensory inclusion room.

Albion Memories sessions will be on the last Friday of every month.

The first session is on Friday 28 July 10.30am-12pm in the Club Museum. Booking is required.

For further information or to register a friend or relative onto the programme, please contact the health team on health@albioninthecommunity.org.uk or 01273 668 591.
