The 19-year-old initially joined Albion in January 2022 on loan from FC Porto, before making the move permanent last summer.

After starting his career at West Ham, the Londoner has impressed for our under-18s and under-21s since his arrival at the club 18 months ago and made ten Premier League 2 appearances last season.

Under-21s head coach Shannon Ruth said, “We’re really happy that Benicio has extended his contract with the club.
