Albion's fixtures for the 2023/24 Premier League season have been launched.

Albion will host promoted Luton Town in the first game of the 2023/24 season on August 12.

The eye-catching start to the campaign was confirmed with the release of the new season’s fixtures today.

Luton won promotion to the Premier League for the first time when they beat Coventry City in last month’s Championship play-off final. We head to Kenilworth Road on Tuesday 30 January.

Our participation in the Europa League for the first time in the club’s history means that at least six of our scheduled Saturday fixtures before Christmas will be put back at least to the Sunday.

The good news for head coach Roberto De Zerbi in terms of travelling and recovery is that the first four – AFC Bournemouth (23 September), Liverpool (7 October), Fulham (28 October) and Sheffield United (11 November), are all at home following Thursday matches in Europe.

The final two group matches are both followed by matches in London, at Chelsea (2 December) and Arsenal (16 December). The Europa League draw takes place on 1 September.

Our first away game takes us to Molineux, on 19 August. The opening month concludes at home to West Ham United.

Two of our September opponents are Champions League qualifiers Newcastle United and Manchester United while October highlights include Liverpool’s visit to the Amex, and a reunion for new signing James Milner, and Adam Lallana, before  a trip to champions Manchester City, scheduled for the 21st.

Another of the promoted teams, Sheffield United, visit on 11 November with our first midweek Premier League game at home to Brentford on Tuesday 5 December, four days before we host last season's Championship winners Burnley.

Christmas brings three games in eight days, all against London opposition. We travel to Selhurst Park on the 23rd and West Ham a week later either side of an attractive Amex date against Spurs on Boxing Day.

Crystal Palace are due in Sussex for the return on 3 February. Manchester City visit the Amex on 16 March and April sees successive home games against Arsenal and Chelsea.

Our final midweek fixture takes us to Brentford on Tuesday 2 April which is the second of nine games in a hectic finale to the season that will see us play nine games between 30 March and May 19, when we finish off against Manchester United at the Amex.

Albion enter the Carabao Cup at the third round stage with ties due to be played on 27 September. Our Emirates FA Cup campaign will begin when the third round takes place on 6 January. Broadcast selections for August and September will be announced on 5 July.
