Roberto De Zerbi wants his players to continue to express themselves as they chase European football for the first time in our history.
Albion have the incentive of moving back into sixth place above Tottenham Hotspur if they can beat Everton at the Amex on Monday (5.30pm) and their Italian head coach wants his players to continue to play without fear and ‘show their quality.’
It’s the first of six games in 20 days which will decide whether Albion can achieve the aim of playing in Europe that De Zerbi thinks his players deserve.
He said, “We have to think not only about the results, we have to stay focused on our style, and to enjoy showing our quality.

“I don’t like to think only about the result. To do this we have to improve, because we are not used to playing for this target.”
Albion were 4-1 winners at Everton in January, but the Toffees were under the management of Frank Lampard back then and his successor Sean Dyche has never been beaten in five Premier League visits to the Amex, all with former club Burnley.
“When we won at Everton they were a different team so this is a totally different situation,” said De Zerbi. "In the last part of the season the games are always more difficult and it will be a very tough game because they are a strong team.”
