Elisabeth Terland believes Albion have momentum going into the final four games of the WSL season.
The Norweigan striker took her tally for the season to seven goals with her fourth in three games at Tottenham Hotspur in last week's 2-2 draw.
And she will be looking to add to her total on Sunday when we take on West Ham United at the Broadfield Stadium, kick off 2pm. The young Albion striker reflected on last week's performance and believes the squad are taking positive strides during each match under new head coach Melissa Phillips.

"I think we had opportunities to take all three points against Tottenham." she said. "There were some key moments in the game which we have to learn from and implement them today. In previous games this season we've conceded goals late in the game and we needed to change that. It was a point (against Tottenham) but we always want to get better.
"The mood is positive, we've had good training sessions this week in the sun. There is a nice vibe in the squad, we're working hard and looking forward to the game. We've been working on a few things that we need to correct."
The in form Albion striker has made her mark on and off the pitch in recent weeks after being nominated for Player of the Month after scoring four goals in three matches. Her strike against Liverpool a fortnight ago has also been nominated for Goal of the Month alongside her Albion teammates Katie Robinson and Geummin Lee.
"It's always nice to score goals and that also shows as a team we are able to create chances and be a threat offensively," she added.
"When I have great players around me who help create those chances, it's an honour to be the one finishing them. You can feel that we are working on something great and we are growing from day to day."
