We’ve been made aware that some season ticket holders with Android devices have found that their digital pass has disappeared from their Google Wallet app, and we wanted to make sure there aren’t any difficulties accessing the stadium tomorrow for our match against Wolves.
If you use an Android phone to get into the stadium on matchdays, please carefully follow these steps before leaving for the stadium. Note: if you use an Apple iPhone you do not need to take any action:
- On the phone you normally use, open the Google Wallet App.
- Near the bottom of the page you should see any passes stored in your wallet. Check if your Season Ticket is showing.
- If you can see your season ticket, then you do not need to take any further action. Please just use your phone in the normal way at the turnstile.
- If you do not see your season ticket you can re-download your season pass:
- Using the phone you will be using to access the stadium, go to https://bhafc.club/seasondownload
- Tick your 2022/23 season ticket, then click 'Add to Wallet'.
- Follow the instructions on-screen to save the pass to your wallet
