Adam Webster says the squad are relishing the push for European football, despite last Saturday's setback at Tottenham.
Albion are seventh with ten games to go and although the 2-1 defeat to Spurs put a dent in our Champions League ambitions there is still the possibility to challenge for a Europa League or Europa Conference League place, with an FA Cup semi-final on 23 April to look forward to as well.
Webster said, “There is pressure but it’s something we’re all enjoying, we’re all taking it in our stride and we’re believing. I would say there has been a real belief around the club, which we had towards the end of last season as well.
“We go into every game believing we’re going to win, not hoping we’re going to win. There’s been a shift of mindset.”

The defender says head coach Roberto De Zerbi reminds his players of their target on a regular basis.
“He’s been very open about our aims and ambitions,” added Webster. “He relays that to us every day. If you set the goal that high you might not reach it, but it’s all about us pushing ourselves as far as we can and hopefully, come the end of the season, we can reflect on a really successful time.
“He’s a perfectionist and we’ve got such high standards. He wants us all to get better and he drives that culture where we’re all pushing each other.
“If you have that you always have a chance of improving and you can see how far we have come as a team in a short space of time. There’s still a way to go, but we’re all enjoying it and looking forward to all of the games.”
