Roberto De Zerbi says his players believe as much as their head coach that Albion can reach Europe.
Albion secured a hard-fought 2-0 win over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium with efforts from Evan Ferguson and substitute Julio Enciso, who scored his first Premier League goal.
Albion are sixth, four points behind fourth-placed Spurs with two games in hand ahead of Saturday’s meeting in North London.
“We have to keep our humility, but we want to dream and achieve Europe,” said De Zerbi. “We have to believe and the players gave me the signal [tonight] that they believe also.

“It was a very difficult game but a great win. It was a big performance, the players were fantastic. I am very pleased with the quality of play and mentality because we knew before it would be a very difficult game.
“Perhaps we made too many mistakes because we could have scored more goals, but I’m really pleased for my players.”
Albion are now unbeaten away from home in the Premier League for eight games stretching back to October.
“In terms of quality of performance, we are playing very well at home too,” added De Zerbi. “Maybe there is more space away from home but my players have fantastic character to play our way away from home as they do at our stadium.”
