Albion are hosting trials to become part of the Women's WSL Academy programme, which operates in The FA Women’s Super League (WSL) Academy League.

Our Academy environment adopts a holistic approach to developing both the athlete and the person with a wide range of support staff.

Brighton and Hove Albion players will have access to an average of 15 hours contact time within a high performance structure. The program will allow players to compete in WSL Academy fixtures, while providing opportunities to be exposed to our first-team environment and/or dual signing to Championship clubs.

The Academy have a highly dedicated staff group on board to guide and support young athletes through their journey which covers technical, strength & conditioning, analysis, performance psychology, nutrition, education support and elite player care.

Players are supported as they also study a wide range of education at the establishment which suits them best, alongside an internal travel system and accommodation where applicable to ensure they have access to our training ground.
