Visalli commits future to Albion

We are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Brianna Visalli, who has signed a contract with the club until the summer of 2024, subject to international clearance.

Albion head coach, Jens Scheuer, said, "She’s a midfielder with a real turn of pace. She’s a very intelligent player and she gives us a lot of options in the midfield.

"It’s a good move for the club and her. She’s got good experience both in the WSL and in America."

Visalli joins Albion on a one-and-a-half-year deal.

Visalli, 27, has joined Albion after two seasons at Houston Dash in the American NWSL. During her time in the USA, the midfielder won the NWSL Challenge Cup in 2020 and Dash were runners-up of the NWSL Fall Series in the same season.

She is returning to the English WSL having already played for West Ham United in the 2019/20 season. There, she helped the team to reach the FA Women’s Cup final, where they lost to Manchester City, before joining Birmingham City for a season.

Visalli becomes Albion's third signing of the transfer window.
