WSL travel information: Aston Villa

All the travel info for Sunday's WSL game at the Amex.

Albion face Aston Villa on Sunday in the WSL.

All supporters are asked to plan their journey carefully and arrive early for Sunday's opening Women’s Super League match against Aston Villa at the Amex.

The travel scheme is not in place for this match.

Trains: Supporters should also be aware that there are engineering works taking place at various locations in the Lewes area, closing lines over the course of the weekend.

Rail replacement buses will be in action between:

  • Brighton and Lewes.
  • Three Bridges and Lewes.
  • Lewes and Polegate.
  • Lewes and Eastbourne.
  • Lewes and Seaford.
  • Plumpton and Lewes.

Buses: Brighton & Hove Buses and Stagecoach will be operating a normal Sunday service.

Park & Ride: There is no park & ride option available for this match.

Car Parks: There are car parking spaces available for general admission in the bridge car park (B) & car park C. Spaces can be booked here and cost just £5.

Seagull Travel: Are running a range of services for this match, and to book your seat on a coach please check with their website.

Coaches: Any groups wishing to come to the match via a coach or minibus must book a parking space via supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com.

Roads: Please note, Coldean Lane will be closed due to the London to Brighton bike ride, so please leave extra time for your journey.

Drop-off and pick-up point: There are no pick-up or drop-off points along Village Way or on Woollards Way (the entrance to the Bridge Car Park B). Supporters are advised to use our official drop-off and pick-up point located at University of Sussex in Car Park 5, located by the Sports Hall.

This drop-off/pick-up point is a short walk through the underpass to the Amex Stadium.

Please note: There is no local street parking available for football supporters, as all areas close to the Amex have a residents parking scheme in operation. Cycle racks are available at the Amex in addition to free motorbike parking.
