Adam Lallana believes there is more to come from Albion despite our strong start to the new season.
A 2-0 win over West Ham United on Sunday made it seven points and three games unbeaten in the new Premier League campaign, but the experienced midfielder thinks we can improve still further.
“What was really positive about West Ham is that we weren’t actually at our best, that’s the sign of a good team," he said. "Having said that, I thought we saw out the last 20 minutes after going 2-0 up really well.
“But we all recognise that this league is so tough. You take your eye off the ball you get punished. We just go quietly about our business and keep setting our standards high at training and on the pitch.”

Lallana is also enjoying the contribution he is making at the start of his 12th season in the Premier League, during which time he has made 253 appearances including 57 for Albion.
He added, “Graham [Potter] has created an environment which is wonderful to be part of.
“I’m enjoying this part of my career, I feel we’re creating something here and we want to keep on improving. Staying in the division is first and foremost the aim but we’ll keep working on our values and creating a strong culture. It’s baby steps, but we’ve had a great start.”
