Guy Butters played for the club from 2002-08.

Guy Butters has spoken about his time with the Albion, and why he's still involved with the club 20 years after he first arrived.

Guy signed for the club in 2002 before leaving in 2008 for Havant & Waterlooville, but he decided to remain involved with us by working for Albion in the Community, the club's official charity.

"I moved over seamlessly into Albion in the Community," Guy told us in an exclusive interview, "as a player I had to do one or two things a week for Albion in the Community, so it was quite a natural step that I'd go over and work with them."

Guy has had a number of roles at Albion in the Community over the years, and he now works with the Fundraising and Communications teams to help spread the word about AITC’s amazing work.

He couldn't pile enough praise onto both the club and Albion in the Community, "It's one of the best things I've ever done. I love the place, I love the football club, I love everything about it.

"It's something I've really got my teeth into over the last 15 years and hopefully it continues for a long time to come."
