The 23-year-old scored his first goal for the club on Saturday in the 4-0 victory over Manchester United.

"It doesn't feel possible to win these two awards!" said Marc. "I'm very happy and thank you to my team-mates, the gaffer, coaches and of course the fans for your support. You have all made it very easy for me and my family to adapt to a new country and I have enjoyed this season so much. The highlight? Scoring on Saturday against Manchester United was unbelievable."

The Men’s Young Player of the Season, sponsored by SYH Properties, went to Jeremy Sarmiento, the exciting Ecuador international who has broken into the first-team squad this season.

He said, "I really appreciate the support of everyone at the club. It has been a hard journey to come from Portugal but the players and staff have made it easier. My first season and making my Premier League debut were really special and I am honoured to win this award."

Another popular winner came in the Men’s Goal of the Season award, sponsored by Tysers, which was given to midfielder Enock Mwepu for his stunning strike against Liverpool in the 2-2 draw at Anfield last October.

Enock said, "I always dreamed of scoring in the Premier League and to score it at Anfield was a beautiful moment - and I definitely meant it!"
