Enock Mwepu was substituted after an hour against Wolves.

Albion face Manchester United in their penultimate Premier League home match of the season this Saturday, kick-off 5.30pm.

Graham Potter’s team have found their form in recent weeks, winning three of their last five matches and beating their record Premier League points tally which is now 44.

On the road Albion have been terrific, but they will want to improve their home form in the last couple of games. While they have enjoyed impressive draws with the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal at the Amex, they have won on just three occasions in front of their home supporters.

United have won all of the last seven meetings, but two of Albion’s best Premier League results have come against the visitors.

A 1-0 win over the Red Devils in May 2018 secured the club’s top-tier status, and in August 2018 Albion also beat United 3-2 at the Amex.

Team news

Graham Potter confirmed that Enock Mwepu and Jeremy Sarmiento will miss Saturday's game against United, with the head coach revealing that Mwepu is unlikely to play again this season.

"Enock [Mwepu] will miss United, a slight injury in his groin which probably means that will be him for the rest of the season.

"Jeremy [Sarmiento] is still out, Jakub [Moder] is obviously long-term, but everyone else is okay."

PL Highlights: Man United 2 Albion 0

Having looked the more likely to break the deadlock in the first half at Old Trafford in February, a red card for Lewis Dunk early on in the second half proved to be Albion’s undoing. Cristiano Ronaldo fired in a brilliant strike from the edge of the box before Bruno Fernandes added a second late on in United’s 2-0 win.

United player to watch

Cristiano Ronaldo scored in the 2-0 win over Albion in February.

Age is just a number when it comes to Cristiano Ronaldo, who continues to defy critics with his form in front of goal. The 37-year-old is third in the Premier League top scorers chart for this campaign with 18 goals, four short of leader Mo Salah.
