Harvey's Brewery are based in Lewes.

Albion’s Real Ale Supplier and Lounge Sponsor Harvey’s Brewery were named UK Brewer of the Year, as well as winning a number of other awards, at the International Beer Challenge 2021.

With brewers from more than 40 countries taking part, Lewes-based Harvey’s won 12 medals, three trophies and was named Supreme Champion as well as winning the coveted UK award.

Harvey's Head Brewer and Managing Director, Miles Jenner said, "In a year during which we have had to rationalise and work as a much smaller team, we can barely contain the excitement we feel in the light of these awards.

“To be judged Supreme Champion among so many worthy contenders is simply astonishing. To be named UK Brewer of the Year during such difficult times is a tribute to the entire company. It has fortified us for the challenges we face.”

Albion’s Head of Commercial Russell Wood said, “A huge congratulations to Harvey’s on what is a tremendous achievement.

“We’re proud to have been partnered with Harvey’s since the Amex opened over ten years ago and to win 16 awards as well as UK Brewer of the Year is a testament to the success of this fantastic local brewery.”

Harvey’s have been a lounge sponsor and supplier of the club since the Amex opened and it is one of the only stadiums in the country to serve cask beers to supporters.

Harvey’s also produced an Albion Ale to celebrate the stadium opening.
