Online Declaration

Fans coming to the game must fill in a pre-match online declaration form before they arrive at the stadium. For match ticket holders (for home and away matches) this will need to be done ahead of each game they wish attend; season ticket holders will only need to do this once to cover the season for their seat at the Amex, but will need to complete for any guests match by match or away matches.

Fill in your Covid declaration in good time. For match ticket purchases this will be completed at the point of purchase.

For our 1901 Club members the lead booker will be required to complete this declaration on behalf of their party.

Face Coverings and behaviour

We would urge everyone to continue to use their common sense to protect themselves and also fellow supporters and our staff from COVID-19.

  • you must wear a face mask in confined areas such as the concourses and in congested areas such as queues. We would also strongly recommend they’re worn inside the stadium bowl at all times.
  • you must wear a face-covering when travelling to and from the match by public transport
  • maintain social distancing where you are able to do so

We would urge everyone to continue to use their common sense to protect themselves and also fellow supporters and our staff from COVID-19.

Travel to the Amex

Full travel news for the Albion v Crystal Palace game can be found here – please carefully plan your journey and remember to allow ample time for entry. We would ask fans to arrive early if they can.

The club’s matchday travel scheme will be in operation for this game with access to bus, train and park-and-ride services included within the ticket price.

Our limited additional parking can only be booked in advance (no cash sales on the day).

We will be using mobile ticketing for parking this season, and you will need to download the ticket to your phone to show on entry to the relevant car park. In all our car parks, we ask that you reverse into parking bays.
