Albion fans are reminded that if you’re planning to order items from our retail range, please ensure you do this using Express delivery to receive your order in time for Christmas.
This is available on orders made by 1pm on Tuesday, 21 December.
Christmas delivery is no longer available on any orders which include shirt printing.
Any online orders placed after 1pm on 22 December will not be dispatched until 29 December.
The Club Superstore at the Amex and in Churchill Square are open until Christmas Eve and you can find the opening hours for both sites here.
Supporters should note that the Superstore will be closed on Boxing Day, when Albion host Brentford in their next Premier League game at the Amex.
The retail cabin at the North Stand will be open and selling a range of matchday essentials but shirt printing will not be available.
If you wish to exchange or get a refund on any items this can only be done at the Superstore, which reopens on 28 December at 11am.
