The ticket exchange for Albion’s Premier League match against Manchester City is now open.
Graham Potter’s men face City on Saturday 23rd October, kick-off 5.30pm.
The ticket exchange gives Albion ticket holders the opportunity to resell their ticket if they are unable to attend a fixture.
This not only gives a supporter the opportunity to receive cashback for a game they would miss, but also the chance for another fan to attend when they otherwise might not be able to.
When listing your ticket, you will be asked to enter your bank account details and tick the box to list your ticket for sale.
If you change your mind and want to attend the match you have listed your ticket for, as long as the ticket has not sold, you can de-list it and use your ticket (however if it has sold this cannot be reversed).
Once the seat sells, you will get the amount paid for the ticket minus a £1 administration fee.
Refunds will be processed by bank transfer up to five working days after the game has been played and those supporters who successfully sell their tickets will be emailed and advised a refund has been processed.
Supporters are advised that they will not be notified if the ticket has sold until after the game, when the refund is processed. To check whether the ticket has been sold, supporters should login and check their account.
If you are unable to attend the game against Manchester City, please make sure you list your ticket at the earliest opportunity.
Tickets are only on sale to supporters with purchase history.
In line with usual exchange rules, all prices will be at adult prices, while the exchange is activated in general admission only.
