Wales kick off against Kazakhstan in Llanelli while The Netherlands are also on action Friday, when they face Czech Republic in Groningen.

Koivisto's Finland start their qualifiers in Turku next Tuesday against Slovakia and on the same evening Wales travel to Parnu to play Estonia while the Netherlands are in Reykjavik to face Iceland.

Head coach Hope Powell said, “It's always a proud moment for the girls and the club when they go off to represent their countries.

“The next World Cup in Australia and New Zealand may be a long way off but it gets serious now with the start of qualification and we wish them all the best.”
