Please read the following information carefully.

This Saturday we look forward to opening the Amex at full capacity for the visit of Watford, but it is really important fans work with us to ensure it stays that way.

In order to do this, all fans attending the game should carefully read all the information provided here - this will also be sent by email to all ticket holders ahead of the match.

KEY POINTS

  • bring proof of your Covid status, photo ID and a face covering
  • charge your phone and familiarise yourself our mobile ticket information.

The vast majority of fans who attended the pre-season match with Getafe were excellent, coming prepared and ready at the turnstiles, but one issue were some fans arriving with bags.

We respectfully ask that you do not bring bags to the stadium; if you do so, the maximum permitted size will be A4 (297mm x 210mm).

There are no exceptions to the policy and there are no bag storage facilities at the stadium. Any bags left outside the stadium will be removed and disposed of.

Also, on arrival at the stadium please ensure you always comply with the requests of our safety and stewarding team. They are there for your safety and the safety of those around you.

We will still be required to carry out our usual stadium entry and security checks ahead of you accessing the turnstile.

Fans must wear a face covering at all times when moving around inside the stadium – the ONLY exception is when you are eating or drinking or sat in your seat.

We would also strongly recommend you wear your mask in congested external areas, particularly when queuing.
