Albion face Getafe on Saturday 7th August.

For the final pre-season friendly against Getafe at the Amex on Saturday 7 August, kick-off 7pm, we will not be operating a typical matchday travel scheme, so please read the following information carefully.

Those opting to travel by bus or train are reminded that they must purchase a ticket to travel off the relevant operator, as travel is NOT included in the ticket price.

All supporters are asked to plan their journey carefully and to consider other passengers while travelling and fellow supporters on arrival and departure from the Amex. We would also strongly advise arriving early to allow time for any pre-match checks and the new mobile ticketing entry procedures.

Parking: We have parking spaces available for supporters to purchase at the University of Sussex (Car Park C) and at the Bridge (Car Park B).

Please note all parking at Sussex University (Car Park C) must bebooked via the clubs website. We would also strongly encourage you to book for the Bridge (Car Park B) as there will be NO CASH SALES on the day.

All vehicles accredited to park at the University of Sussex must enter via Stanmer Park, as there will be no entry at Falmer or Knights Gate.

Sussex University (Car Park C) is a short walk through the underpass to the Amex stadium.

Park & Ride: There is only ONE park and ride service running for this match, located at Brighton Racecourse (BN2 9XZ). It will be open from 4pm onwards, and supporters are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance £5 per car.

Please ensure you wear a face covering when embarking, travelling and disembarking.

Please note: there is no local street parking available for football supporters, as all areas close to the Amex have a residents parking scheme in operation, and enforcement officers will be on patrol.

Village Way will be extremely busy and congested, and supporters are advised to avoid this area both pre and post-match, unless they have pre-booked parking.

Coaches: Any groups wishing to come to the match via a coach or mini bus must book a parking space via supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com.

Trains: For supporters travelling by rail, you must purchase a ticket to travel off the relevant rail company, and supporters are advised to check with Southern Rail’s website prior to travelling, as services will be restricted on the day. Please ensure you wear a face covering when travelling or queuing at stations.

Buses: Brighton & Hove Buses will be operating a normal Saturday service, however you must purchase a ticket to travel off the relevant bus company. Please ensure you wear a face covering when embarking, travelling and disembarking.

Drop-off and pick-up point: There are no pick-up or drop-off points along Village Way or on Woollard Way (the entrance to the Bridge Car Park C). Supporters are advised to use our official drop-off and pick-up point located at University of Sussex in Car Park 5, located by the Sports Hall.

This drop-off/pick-up point is a short walk through the underpass to the Amex Stadium.
