Season ticket holders have now been emailed a link to download their 2021/22 season ticket to their mobile phone – so please check your registered email account.
If you have not received the email, you can still download your pass by logging in to your MyAlbion account, selecting your season ticket, and clicking 'Add to Mobile Wallet'.
For instructions please watch our video and read the FAQs for mobile ticketing. The Supporter Services team are currently extremely busy, so if you are having any difficulties, to save time please ensure you have watched the video and read the FAQs before contacting us.
This season ticket can only be downloaded on to one mobile device, so please make sure you click the link using the mobile device you plan to bring to the stadium every matchday.
If required, you can download more than one season ticket to a single mobile device (you may wish to do this for young children).
Please download this pass at your earliest convenience and in good time prior to the start of the season. This will allow us to assist you prior to the first game if you experience any issues.
If you do not have a smart phone to download your season ticket please follow the steps here before 1st August 2021.
