Paul Mullen is the Operations Director for Brighton & Hove Albion.
Having joined the club in April 2015 as head of football administration, Paul became chief operating officer in July 2019, before being appointed to the board of directors in June 2021.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the training ground in Lancing, the departments that report into him include women's and girl’s, kit and equipment, facilities and maintenance, safety and security, first team player liaison and catering.
Paul’s career in professional sport started as a teenager when he was an apprentice with Sheffield Wednesday, before working on the administrative side for The FA, Vancouver Whitecaps and the British Columbia Soccer Association.
During his time with Albion he has also become a member of the club's Women’s and Girls' Board, as well as a Trustee of Albion in the Community (AITC).
