Albion's under-23s continue their Premier League 2 Division 1 campaign when they host Southampton today at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, kick-off 2pm.

The side managed by Shannon Ruth and Andrew Crofts were on the end of a narrow 3-2 defeat to Liverpool in their last league fixture. Evan Ferguson netted twice but the hosts came back from 1-0 and 2-1 down to take all three points on Merseyside.
Before that Albion had drawn their last three league matches, all of which were away from home.
Friday’s opponents sit three places and seven points behind 9th placed Albion going into this afternoon’s game.
The Saints also faced Liverpool in their last fixture and lost 2-1, while their last away game was a 7-1 defeat at the hands of table-topping Manchester City.
