Joel Veltman shows his support for Level Playing Field.

As part of Level Playing Field's Weeks of Action, the club and Albion in the Community will be running a mental wellbeing workshop for supporters and the local community on Wednesday 3rd March at 6pm.

This workshop has been put together by Albion in the Community Disability Manager, Paul Brackley.

As an experienced Wellbeing coach in a previous role, Paul holds an array of qualifications across both football coaching and wellbeing.

We understand the impact COVID-19 has had on people's mental health, including supporter's family members and therefore the workshop will explore ways we can support our own mental wellbeing, with ideas and tips on how to look after ourselves as well as others.

Wednesday 3rd March at 6pm - free to attend for all.
