"People perform better when they are able to be themselves and we look forward to working with Brighton & Hove Albion FC to improve the experiences of LGBT+ staff, players and fans alike.

"We’re proud to work with over 850 organisations – including the Premier League and a growing number of clubs - to create inclusive, accepting and welcoming workplaces where LGBT+ people are free to be themselves."

Albion have been working hard behind the scenes to increase participation amongst the LGBTQ+ community and we believe in representing our city on a national and international platform.

Over the past few seasons, the club have proactively supported Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign and have been an official partner of Brighton Pride with City Angel status and we now look forward to an even more inclusive future.
