Brighton & Hove Albion first-team coach Paul Nevin has once again been called up to Gareth Southgate’s coaching staff for England’s matches against Czech Republic and Montenegro this weekend.

Nevin joins up with the senior squad for the pair of 2020 European Championship qualifiers at Wembley Stadium on Friday 22nd March and in Podgorica City Stadium on Monday 25th March respectively.

Albion manager Chris Hughton said, “It’s a great honour for Paul and the club, for him to be working with England once again as part of Gareth Southgate’s backroom team for two important qualifiers.

“Paul is a top-class coach and an important part of our coaching set-up here at the club, and it is fantastic to see him getting international recognition.”

It is the second time the Albion coach has been involved with the senior set-up for the Three Lions, having been included in the backroom team for the matches with the United States and Croatia in November last year.
