Brighton & Hove Albion under-23 midfielder Anders Dreyer will get his UEFA Euro U21 Championship campaign underway tonight when his Denmark side face Germany in Udine, kick-off 8pm.
Dreyer’s nation will then remain in the Italian city to face Austria in their second game three days later on Thursday 20th June, before rounding off their group stage campaign by taking on Serbia in Trieste on Sunday 23rd June.
The 21-year-old made 14 appearances for Simon Rusk’s under-23 side during the first half of last season having arrived at the club in July 2018, scoring four goals in the process.
That tally included a brace against Arsenal at the start of the calendar year, with a fine solo effort the stand-out moment of the evening, as the sides played out a 2-2 draw at The People’s Pension Stadium.
