Brighton & Hove Albion will play Derby County at the Amex Stadium in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup if they’re able to progress past West Bromwich Albion in their fourth-round replay next week.
The Seagulls were held to a goalless draw by the Baggies at the Amex on Saturday, and if Chris Hughton’s side are able to claim victory at the Hawthorns, they’ll come up against the Rams in the last 16 of the competition.
Albion sealed a 3-1 win at AFC Bournemouth in the third round, and will be hoping to better their quarter-final finish from last season, when they were knocked out by Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Frank Lampard’s team beat Southampton on penalties after a third-round replay, before narrowly winning 1-0 against Accrington Stanley in the following round at the Wham Stadium.
Fifth-round ties are to be played across the weekend of Friday 15th February to Monday 18th February — a date for the fixture, ticketing details and all other relevant information will be confirmed in due course.
The full fifth-round draw:
Bristol City vs Shrewsbury OR Wolves
AFC Wimbledon vs Millwall
Doncaster Rovers vs Crystal Palace
Middlesbrough OR Newport vs Manchester City
Chelsea vs Manchester United
