Bojan Radulovic’s goal put the Seagulls in front on the south coast, but after the visitors overturned the scoreline to lead 2-1, Viktor Gyokeres headed home in the dying stages to secure a point.
The draw closed the gap on Premier League 2 Division 1 leaders Everton to just three points, but the Toffees travel to Manchester City on Sunday afternoon before taking on the Seagulls at Goodison Park.
