THE WEEK AHEAD: BOGNOR AND BOURNEMOUTH

There are two games for Albion sides this week.

Brighton & Hove Albion under-23s have a cup semi-final of their own, while Chris Hughton’s side are back in Premier League action in the week ahead.

TUESDAY 9TH APRIL: ALBION UNDER-23S V BOGNOR REGIS TOWN, KICK-OFF 7.15PM

Simon Rusk’s side play their rearranged Sussex Senior Cup semi-final tie against Bostik Premier Division side, Bognor Regis Town at Culver Road.

Albion have already overcome Lewes, Hastings United and Eastbourne Town respectively on route to the last four, as the Seagulls aim to win the competition for a third consecutive season.

Entry for Tuesday night’s game on the gate at Culver Road is priced at £10 for adults, £5 for over-65s and students with a valid ID, and £3 for under-16s.

SATURDAY 13TH APRIL: ALBION V AFC BOURNEMOUTH, KICK-OFF 3PM

Following the impressive and hard-fought FA Cup semi-final performance against Manchester City on Saturday, Albion’s attentions turn back to the Premier League with the visit of AFC Bournemouth to the Amex.

Three places and five points separate the two sides heading into the game, with Bournemouth in 13th with 38 points and Albion in 16th with 33, but Hughton’s men have two games in hand over the Cherries.
