Additional Trains For Wembley!

By James Hilsum • 02 April 2019

Southern, Thameslink and Gatwick Express have confirmed they will be adding additional carriages as they run a full Saturday service on the Brighton Main Line, Coastway and Arun Valley routes for Brighton & Hove Albion’s Emirates FA Cup semi-final with Manchester City at Wembley.

To avoid queues before and after the match, supporters are advised to travel earlier or later if possible, and Network Rail are advising fans travelling by train to take the following routes to Wembley Stadium:

  • Thameslink to Farringdon, then Metropolitan line to Wembley Park
  • Thameslink to London Bridge, then Jubilee line to Wembley Park
  • Southern or Gatwick Express to Victoria, then Victoria line to Oxford Circus, then Bakerloo line to Wembley Central
  • Southern or Gatwick Express to Victoria, then Victoria line to Euston, then London Overground to Wembley Central

Please note that because of other engineering works there are no Southern trains to Watford Junction/Milton Keynes Central on Saturday 6th April. Supporters will NOT be able to use this route to get to Wembley Central station from East Croydon or Clapham Junction.
